No, you do not need to be present as management  has access via our master key system, but you can always schedule a time that suits you best if you wish to be present.  

Most common repairs are typically small and are completed within an hour.

Most common repairs are covered by us, but damages caused by tenants are billed either directly to the tenants and ant cosigners or taken out of the security deposit. 

All tenants will receive a 24hr notice prior to any scheduled work.

All scheduled repairs will take place Mon – Fri between 9am – 6pm except for emergencies or approved special requests.
